The high rental income received due to its proximity to the coast keep investors searching for that property they can utilize and rent out to sometimes break even or even profit. Rehoboth Beach Homes vary in style and architecture. There are small bungalows to 5000 square ft. mansions. The closer to the sands of the Atlantic Ocean and boardwalk the higher the price tag.
