Wolfe Runne Lewes Location
Although the community is close to Lewes town, the Wolfe Runne community is very private and surrounded by wetlands and woods. This prestigious community is separated from the equally exclusive Wolfe Pointe, which is a newer community by wetlands and a creek.
In front of the community is the Lewes Rehoboth Canal with the back at the East bordered by wetlands. On the Southern side of Wolfe Runne is bordered by the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail, this trail separates the community from another new community called Hawkseye. The community is only a mile away from Lewes midtown and also within the Cape Henlopen School District
Lots and Homes
There are still a few lots for sale in the community which are all large ranging from just under an acre to several acres per lot. The prices for home for sale in Wolfe Runne range between $500, 00 range and over $1 million. With 90% of the community developed around ten present of the lots are on the market.
Although the community is only a short distance away from Cape Henlopen State Park, Delmarva Peninsula, Delaware Bay Shores and the Atlantic Beaches there is also two individual tennis courts and a 1910 square foot swimming pool for residents within the community.
